Convertible Trolley Roller 2.0

I just tried out the roller bag and would like to return it, but the return policy seems outrageous. Items can only be refunded 100% only if the item is unused with tags still attached?? How does that make any sense? How will we know we don’t like the bag unless we actually use it in real life? Can someone please contact me and help me out? I’ve posted in the comments on both Facebook and Instagram about the terrible return policy. I wanted to like this luggage so bad but it just does not work without 4 wheels. Once I actually had the bag packed full, it was way too heavy to constantly have to tip to drag/roll, especially if you had a small bag looped over the handle. I’m extremely unhappy with the roller bag and would like a refund please.

I've got the two sizes of these duffels and now going on a trip and would love one of these roller bags - but I love the colorful ones - before I get the beige one, could I get an estimate on when there might be a new stock? Thanks so much!

This was my first Tobiq purchase- my rolling carryon was needing a replacement and I'd had my eye on the duffels for a while. Imagine my joy seeing there was a roller! High quality, excellent organization and and the versatility of using it as a roller or just as a backpack is great.
I have used it twice now since receiving it last month and it is well designed. I used it in conjunction with the tiny Tobiq for a weekend trip (packed my kids and myself between the 2 bags), and then with the 60L and 30L for a week long camper trip in the southwest (packed all 4 of us).
The pockets are a good size and the base holds a surprising amount. Before getting the bags it is hard to comprehend what you can actually fit in them and how to design allows you to say adios to storage cubes while remaining organized. For the weekend trip in the roller I used 1 pocket for my clothing, 1 for food, and 1 for the toiletry case and the base for books and activities we were bringing. For the camper trip I used 1 pocket for the toiletry case, 1 for hats and raincoats, and 1 for misc- food, my camera, my shaker bottle and vitamins. Laptop sleever for the ipad and my scale, and the bottom is where I had extra blankets, and shoes.
Our 7 hour travel plans turned into 22 hours and although that was miserable it was so nice to be able to access everything we needed in each of the airports and the quick hotel nap without packing and unpacking the bags. In the camper we lived out of the bags and were able to stay organized the entire time.
I've seen some users comment on the 2 wheel system; I personally found the wheels and handle are very sturdy and I didn't miss having a 4 wheel system. It handled rolling well by myself and my kids with one of the other bags on top.
Love, love, love these bags. I think that for our use I will not buy another roller just yet as my kids still have functional rollers but will replace with Tobiq when they go. My only suggestion for future development would be to consider the same bag but with a tiny tobiq as the zip off.

I already have the 60L duffle and it makes traveling with just a carry-on so amazing. The only trouble is sometimes it is a bit heavy for me to lug through the airport. The trolly makes my airport jogs so much easier and ergonomic. Plus I also got the 30L, so now instead of 60L with no checked bag, I have 72 and it feels so much easier to carry! I love the colors and the organization of it all! I love all the little extras of the trolley too, like the kickstand and the soft velvet lined pouch on top for my phone or sun glasses. I still use my 60L and I also love the new 30L with the hidden water bottle holder! TOBIQ is my favorite luggage brand! We have had our 60L (my husband has one too the he still uses) for at least 3 years and they have held up so well. We use them for camping out of our jeep -like wardrobes hanging up and they are perfect. I am so happy this company exists and I have found these awesome bags for traveling!! I also got a few compliments on the colors on my first trip with it!
