The Team 45L Duffel

I’m not sure if I have the 1.0 or 2.0 (I bought it in June 2025), but I absolutely love my Sleek Vik Tandem Duffle, and feel compelled to write a review, which I’m almost never compelled to do. I bought this bag as a carry-on sized bag after I had my baby. Pre-baby, I normally traveled with a large, personal item-sized backpack and a tote bag, but found myself needing to carry so much more stuff (diapers, toys, books, etc.) with a baby. This 45L duffle backpack fit the bill perfectly.

This bag is SO thoughtfully organized. There’s a pocket and a space for everything you can think of, and this fits so much stuff so well, keeping things organized amidst the chaos of traveling with a tiny human. I love how the top and bottom duffle compartments have the flexibility to expand into the main compartment, and all the zippered sections in the three compartments. I can somehow overpack this duffle and still have room to squeeze in an extra toy, muslin nursing cover, or carrier, snack, or baby jacket. The weight is so well distributed as a backpack that I can manage to handle it easily on my 5’3” frame even when it is jam packed. And that’s especially great when I also need to carry my 28lb 10 month old if he decides the stroller is not for him.

Even my husband, who is typically “Mr. Do You Really Need Another Bag” has noted that this bag is exceptionally well designed (he loves the duffle style and backpack carry option) and has helped us keep our sanity traveling with our infant on multiple trips now. The quality of the Sleek Vik material is fantastic, and I love how water resistant / water proof it is—it has held up well to unexpected rain showers.

Highly, highly recommend this backpack duffle over a roller carry-on, especially if you’re traveling with a baby and stroller. We check a big checked luggage, carry backpack carry ons, and stroll our baby around. Exactly what my husband was looking for, I knew I scored with this one… He travels all over doing different sports events and loves having all the pockets and compartments and the one in the center for his race shoes are perfect… And we love the backpack option! Orange was a bonus… It’s his favorite color!! thank you for making Christmas special

Love the bag but it does have a slight flaw on the front. Will be keeping it looking forward to using it.

I really like this bag and am so happy I bought it. The only snag is that the metal clasps that keep the handles together when traveling are ridiculously hard to snap close. I have yet to successfully snap them close with my fingers. I need to lay the clasps handle on a hard surface, align the clasps as if they’re buttoned, and then use the palm of my hand to push against the snaps, against the hard surface - with great force - to get them to snap close. I thought about returning the bag for this reason, but I do genuinely like it. It’s just a bummer that, realistically, when I fly I won’t be able to marry the top handles together. Instead, they’ll hang to the sides.

I recently splurged (thanks to the free bag promotion) with a complete luggage overhaul...out with the old, crappy Vera Bradley bags and in with everything Tobiq!! I love both the 30L and 45L as well as cosmetic bag. All of the compartments keep me organized and help avoid unnecessary overpacking. I have zero complaints and plan to keep adding pieces.
