Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty. If you encounter a manufacturer defect in your bag (due to normal wear and tear) we will replace your item immediately. 

Returns & Exchanges

Didn’t fall in love with your purchase? No problem. TOBIQ accepts returns and exchanges on U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start

Click the “Return or Exchange” button under our "Returns" tab to access our portal. You’ll just need your order number and zip code. The portal will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (minus the return label fee, unless you selected Checkout+). Items must be new, unused, and have all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: Use the portal to select a new size, color, or store credit. Once your return is inspected, your replacement will be shipped.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 48 business hours of receipt by our returns team.

Conditions

  • Duffel bags returned without a strap incur a $10 fee.

  • Used items will be refunded at 60% of original value.

  • Flash Sale items and international purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Orders over $700 require additional approval and may face delays due to fraud prevention.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Checkout+ (Optional at Checkout)

  • Covers your return shipping label and provides package protection against loss, theft, or damage.

  • Cannot be removed once purchased.

  • Without Checkout+, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Checkout+ coverage placed on Flash Sale items provides Package Protection on the order but does not allow for returns as all Flash Sales are final.

International Orders

  • All international purchases are final sale.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Refused or unpaid shipments will not be refunded.

  • Fees vary by country; for Canada, customs charges may be higher due to tariff structures. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Order Cancellation

Our fulfillment team is very quick to get your orders out the door to you! Our customer service team has a 24 hour business day window to respond to your requests. If you need to cancel or change an order, we will do our best to help you! But, if our warehouse fulfills your items as you ordered it before changes could be made, it will have to be rerouted for a $30 shipping fee. This fee is charged by the mail carrier rerouting the product.
