    TOBIQ gladly accepts returns within 30 days of product delivery, minus the cost of a $9 shipping label. For a full refund, items must be returned to us in their original new & unused condition with tags attached. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and credit the original payment method (minus shipping fees and damages if applicable).

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty. If you encounter a manufacturer defect in your bag (due to normal wear and tear) we will replace your item immediately. 

Returns

Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded.
To begin a return, please click the box above labeled "click here for return or exchange." Our returns portal will ask a few questions and send you a return mailing label. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed. Please be prepared with your: Order Number, & Zip code for verification

Order Cancellation

Our fulfillment team is very quick to get your orders out the door to you! Our customer service team has a 24 hour business day window to respond to your requests. If you need to cancel or change an order, we will do our best to help you! But, if our warehouse fulfills your items as you ordered it before changes could be made, it will have to be rerouted for a $30 shipping fee. This fee is charged by the mail carrier rerouting the product.
We will do everything we can to help you when mistakes are made in the ordering/shipping process. We want you to be satisfied with your TOBIQ customer experience! If errors are made on either end, we hope you return our efforts to help you with understanding and kindness. Thank you!
