Didn't quite fall in love with your purchase? Don't worry, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy! Here at TOBIQ, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay. That's why we gladly accept all returns and exchanges on US orders within 30 days of product delivery.
Starting your return process is quick and easy! Just click on the box below labeled “click here for return or exchange," and our returns portal will guide you through a few simple questions and provide you with a return mailing label.
Please be prepared with your order number and zip code for verification. Your refund will be processed promptly upon return receipt and verification.
Looking to swap for a different size or color? Or perhaps prefer store credit? No problem at all! Just click on the designated box for return or exchange, follow the prompts, and our portal will assist you in arranging your exchange. Once we have received your item and inspected it, we will send out your new items!
There will be a $10 fee assessed on all duffel bags returned without a strap. All items returned in used condition will be subject to a 40% deduction in refund total based on condition, simply because we cannot resell used products.
For a refund to your original payment method, simply ensure that the items are returned to us in their original, new, and unused condition, with all tags securely attached. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it promptly, and we'll credit the original payment method, deducting a small fee of $9 for the return shipping label.
Your return will be refunded to the original form of payment or be credited to you through a TOBIQ gift card for in store credit.
When a return is processed, please keep an eye out for its tracking, as you should receive a refund within 48 hours of your item being received by our returns team.
Checkout+ (free returns and package protection)
- By selecting Checkout+ (free returns and package protection) at checkout, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from being stolen, lost or damaged.
- Checkout+ (free returns and package protection) cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
- If you choose not to purchase Checkout+ (free returns and package protection) you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns on orders over $700 require additional approval for processing and might be subject to delays, due to an increase in fraudulent returns.
All of our products purchased internationally are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that for international deliveries, any additional duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
Please note, initial order shipping costs are not calculated to be included in the refund - applicable to store credit or credit card refund.
