So easy for traveling and not checking a bag...

The split feature made this bag the perfect airport companion. I split the bag before security (to make screening better if they needed to open either part) and used them in two pieces while in the airport and on the plane. Once at the final destination, just zip back together and go. No checking bags and storage for easily a weeks worth of clothing, laptop and additional items.

There's only one reason I didn't give it 5 stars. When the bags are separated the rolling part really should have a handle strap on the top behind the pull bar. When you need to put your bag into (or get it out of) the overhead compartments on planes it's a bit awkward with just the pull bar, which isn't always locked into place and in confined spaces that's not ideal. An easy grab strap handle would solve this problem easily.

I do not like

I just tried out the roller bag and would like to return it, but the return policy seems outrageous. Items can only be refunded 100% only if the item is unused with tags still attached?? How does that make any sense? How will we know we don’t like the bag unless we actually use it in real life? Can someone please contact me and help me out? I’ve posted in the comments on both Facebook and Instagram about the terrible return policy. I wanted to like this luggage so bad but it just does not work without 4 wheels. Once I actually had the bag packed full, it was way too heavy to constantly have to tip to drag/roll, especially if you had a small bag looped over the handle. I’m extremely unhappy with the roller bag and would like a refund please.

I've got the two sizes of these duffels and now going on a trip and would love one of these roller bags - but I love the colorful ones - before I get the beige one, could I get an estimate on when there might be a new stock? Thanks so much!
