Excitement Turned Disappointment

Don't get me wrong with the title, I absolutely LOVE my TOBIQ products! We have several in this house.

For the last 2 years I've been using one of their first generation (I think) backpacks for work. I lovingly call it my little mobile office because of everything I can fit in it. I saw they had a new generation out with tweaks that I wished were on my first one and will fit up to a 17" laptop. My work upgraded me to a new, slightly larger, laptop going from a 15" to a 17" about 2 months ago. The computer can still sort of fit in my old backpack, but unable to fully zip closed. So, I talked myself into getting one of the new backpacks (oh, darn) that is supposed to be able to accommodate that size. Sadly, it does not fit my new computer. I can't even get it to zip around the first corner. It fits better in the old backpack than the new one. I was so excited for this new beautiful blue backpack to only find out I will not be able to use it.

My husband, however, has been thinking of replacing his (non-TOBIQ) backpack and I noticed him eyeballing the new one. HIS laptop fits into it so I gave it to him. Apparently he really liked mine and has been recently thinking of getting one, I just beat him to it. Told him Merry Christmas. Haha!

Sleek and Organized!
I love the sleek profile of this bag and how well organized it is! The water bottle pockets zip up nicely when not in use and the pack is not too big for things to get lost or droopy like a 3-compartment-6-textbook-thick kind of bag. The pockets and strap features are incredible and my sport sunglasses or giant phone fit in either of the lined pockets (very front or top). Plenty of padding protects inner contents and your shoulders! The chest strap is super nice. I also appreciate that the main compartment unzips all the way to the bottom for great access. High quality all around!
