HOW IT WORKS
1. GET YOUR LABEL, SEND IT BACK
Fill out this return form, (be sure to use the email connected to your previous order. You'll also need your order number or tracking ID). We'll send you a return label to print and attach to your package. Can't find your order ID or tracking number? Reach out to us at: support@tobiqtravel.com

2. CHOOSE YOUR CAUSE

Once we receive your bag and verify your submission, we'll email you a 35% OFF code for a new TOBIQ duffel. Please allow us up to 14 days to process your donation.
4. WE'LL DO THE REST
We'll donate your bag to the nonprofit you selected.
Trade In Your Duffel runs November 1–6, 2026. TOBIQ must be gently used and in donation-worthy condition. Complete the Trade In Your Duffel form and send in your bag to participate. Once your bag is received and your submission is verified, you'll receive a unique 35% OFF code valid toward one new TOBIQ duffel.
