Impressed!

In addition to loving the TOBIQ products, I can't say enough good things about their customer service! The team was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful, quickly answering my questions and helping me resolve an issue I had. Exceptional customer service is a lost art, but it was refreshing to see a company that truly values their customers.

Perfect fit!

I had doubts about it fitting in my 30L, but it's a perfect fit and basically splits the compartment into many nicely organized pockets. Love it!

SO MUCH MORE THAN A TOILETRY BAG!

My wife uses this thing for EVERYTHING. She currently has 2 full size and 1 smaller one. She's got one with medicine, tooth picks, bandaids, gum, and anything else you can imagine...its pretty much her purse. The other has ALL and I mean it can fit ALL of her makeup and toiletries. These bags are built to last and we love our many other TOBIQ bags as well! #customerforlife

Frustrating Experience For International Customers

I’d like to clarify the toiletry bags are 10/10. It was an easy decision to snag two at the BOGO price. I live in Canada and was slapped with an additional 45$ fee after paying 22$ in shipping. That’s not Tobiq’s fault , and previous purchases to Canada did not have the same fees. My frustration comes from the fact that it is not made clear in the purchasing or checkout process that extra duties or fees could occur. Had I known, I would have shipped to a friend in the States and skipped paying 60 dollars in fees and bought another bag. I reached out to customer service and received basically a shrug in response. If you aren’t an international buyer, enjoy the bag . They are great !
